Peaches’n’Cream Smoothie Bowl

How appealing does that sound?

Oh yes, it’s looks exactly like that. Pastel perfection.

The purpose of eating a smoothie out of a bowl is aesthetics+more nutritious+feels like a heftier breakfast.  
Believe it or not it’s not always easy making a great-tasting smoothie, especially if it includes greens. But this one is just on point. Sweet, creamy, peachy with a delicate vanilla aroma and crunchy hearty toppings. Very refreshing but still satisfies a filling breakfast.

This bowl of goodness could not be easier to make and is packed chock-full of vitamins, energising natural sugars, healthy fats and organic protein.

You could omit the protein for a vegan+raw version and it would still turn out just as great! 

Makes 1 bowl


  • 1 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop organic grass-fed vanilla whey (I used Tera’s Whey)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Toppings: hemp seeds, coconut flakes and spelt puffs are used here but feel free to add more banana slices, chia seeds, peanut butter or granola!


Just whiz all of your smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour into a a bowl. 

Pile on your toppings and eat fresh!
