The Healthiest Chocolate Shake

I’ve been absent for a long time but I’ve decided to start publishing recipes with picture taken from my iPhone. It’s much more efficient and means that I’ll be able to post more often as I’m fairly active on Instagram.

Today I bring to you a recipe perfect for summer, a cool and light chocolate shake! Seriously this shake is so simple to make and so refreshing, yet it definitely covers that chocolatey craving! It’s full of antioxidants from the cacao powder and sweetened with banana. It’s honestly one of my favourite quick recipes and I advise every one of you to try it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • optional: 1 soft date or 1 tsp of honey for an super sweet shake!

Instructions:

Blend all of the ingredients up and enjoy immediately.

Fact: beverages taste better through a straw 😉
